Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 240 ml warm filtered water (about 110–120°F / 43–49°C)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine-ground Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice about ½ lemon
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon raw honey omit if fasting

Method
 

  1. Warm the water until comfortably warm but not boiling.
  2. Pour into a heat-safe glass or mug.
  3. Add ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt. Stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
  5. Add raw honey if desired (skip for fasting version).
  6. Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes.
  7. Wait 15–30 minutes before eating breakfast or drinking coffee.

Notes

  • Do not exceed ¼ teaspoon salt per serving.
