Pink Salt Trick Electrolyte Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 8-16 fl oz / 240-480 ml warm or room temperature water
  • ¼ teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

Method
 

  1. Pour the water into a glass.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water.
  3. Stir vigorously with a spoon until the salt is completely dissolved. The water should be clear with no visible salt crystals.
  4. Drink the entire glass steadily, ideally first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

  • Adjust the water quantity to up to 16 fl oz for a milder taste.
  • For beginners, start with ⅛ teaspoon of salt and gradually increase to ¼ teaspoon.
  • If not fasting, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice can be added for flavor and extra benefits.
  • Store pink Himalayan salt in a cool, dry place.
