Method
- Pour the filtered water into a glass.
- Squeeze the juice from half a fresh lemon directly into the water.
- Add a tiny pinch (1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon) of pink Himalayan salt to the mixture.
- Stir thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.
- Enjoy immediately, ideally first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Adjust the amount of lemon and salt to your personal taste. You can also add a thin slice of lemon, a few mint leaves, or a slice of fresh ginger for variations. For dental health, consider drinking through a straw or rinsing your mouth with plain water after consumption.
