Method
- Pour the filtered water into a glass.
- Add the apple cider vinegar to the water. Start with 1 tablespoon if you’re new to the drink, and increase to 2 tablespoons once comfortable.
- Add the pink Himalayan salt.
- Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved.
- (Optional) Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a tiny bit of honey for enhanced flavor.
- Sip slowly, preferably through a straw to protect tooth enamel.
Notes
- Always dilute ACV; never drink it straight.
- Listen to your body. If you experience discomfort, reduce the amount of ACV or discontinue use.
