Pink Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar Recipe for Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 ounces 240-300ml filtered water
  • 1-2 tablespoons organic raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon fine pink Himalayan salt
  • Optional: Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp raw honey (if needed for taste)

Method
 

  1. Pour the filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add the apple cider vinegar to the water. Start with 1 tablespoon if you’re new to the drink, and increase to 2 tablespoons once comfortable.
  3. Add the pink Himalayan salt.
  4. Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved.
  5. (Optional) Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a tiny bit of honey for enhanced flavor.
  6. Sip slowly, preferably through a straw to protect tooth enamel.

Notes

  • Always dilute ACV; never drink it straight.
  • Listen to your body. If you experience discomfort, reduce the amount of ACV or discontinue use.
  • Consistency is key to potential benefits.
  • Best consumed fresh.
