  • 16 oz approx. 470 ml filtered water, room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon approx. 1.25 grams pure Himalayan pink salt, fine grain
  • Optional: 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Pour the filtered water into a clean glass.
  2. Add the ¼ teaspoon of fine-grain Himalayan pink salt to the water.
  3. Stir thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.
  4. If desired, add fresh lemon juice for flavor and extra benefits.
  5. Drink immediately, ideally on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
