Method
- Grate the fresh ginger into a glass or mug.
- Add warm or room-temperature water, apple cider vinegar, and fresh lemon juice to the glass.
- Stir in the ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined. You can strain out the ginger pieces if you prefer, or keep them for extra fiber.
- Drink immediately and enjoy as part of your morning routine.

- Always dilute with water to protect tooth enamel.
- Adjust the cayenne pepper to your preferred level; start small.
- For best results, use organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with “the mother.”
- It can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but it is best fresh.
